Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying different areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
